This role demands strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Working at Beacon offers a collaborative and supportive team environment, with competitive salary, comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and leadership development opportunities. The Care Team Manager will be an integral part of a team committed to empowering individuals to lead meaningful, independent lives while fostering career growth for themselves.
