- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- good physical stamina and flexibility

Job Duties
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces
- flip and inspect mattresses and box springs
- assemble bed frames
- vacuum behind and underneath furniture
- spot clean carpets and upholstery
- dust and touch-up paint and furniture
- replace light fixtures
- inspect and repair grout and caulking
- tighten loose toilet seats
- change light bulbs
- patch holes in walls
- clean general guestroom surfaces including tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, and mirrors
- report serious maintenance problems and safety hazards immediately
- follow all safety and security policies and procedures
- maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- lift and move objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
- assist with moving objects over 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
