The company fosters an environment where team members are empowered to make a positive impact in the lives of residents, supporting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Sunrise Senior Living is recognized as a certified Great Place to Work, reflecting its commitment to employee satisfaction, diversity, and an inclusive work culture. This establishment values its staff highly and offers comprehensive training, career growth opportunities, and a variety of benefits to support the professional and personal lives of its employees.

The role of a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living is central to fulfilling the company's mission of championing quality of life for all seniors. Caregivers are at the heart of daily care and support, providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. This position involves following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) to ensure that care delivery aligns with each resident's specific needs and preferences. Caregivers also promote safety, independence, and dignity, cultivating meaningful relationships through engagement, conversation, and participation in daily activities. In memory care units, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents living with memory loss, helping to enhance their quality of life in a supportive and compassionate manner.

This salaried role offers a pay range of $16.30 to $20.40 per hour, along with paid training and opportunities for career advancement within the Sunrise organization. The company emphasizes a supportive work culture where caregivers can thrive personally and professionally, contributing positively not just to residents but to the community at large. Sunrise provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, retirement savings plans, paid time off, sick time, holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement. Additionally, employees can take advantage of convenient pay options such as myFlexPay for faster access to earned wages and employee assistance and discount programs. The employer may offer discretionary bonuses based on position and performance, further rewarding dedication and excellence in caregiving.

Choosing to work at Sunrise Senior Living means joining a compassionate team dedicated to delivering extraordinary care and fostering a sense of belonging and community.
