As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans to ensure residents receive the right level of care while documenting any changes in their condition. Your role will also involve promoting safety, dignity, and independence for each resident, creating enriching experiences especially in Memory Care units where residents face memory loss challenges.

The Caregiver position is full-time with a competitive pay range of 16.05 to 20.10 per hour, coupled with paid training and opportunities for career growth within the company. Sunrise Senior Living offers a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to engage residents through meaningful daily interactions, including conversations and activities that foster a sense of community and well-being. Additional responsibilities include supporting dining services, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team leaders to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.

Benefits are comprehensive and designed to support both career and personal growth. Sunrise Senior Living provides medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, retirement savings plans, paid time off, sick time, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and even programs like myFlexPay which allow employees to access their earned wages quickly. Bonus opportunities are available based on position and performance, reinforcing the company’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding hard work.

Sunrise Senior Living is proud to be recognized as a certified Great Place to Work4, promoting a positive work culture centered on respect, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The company is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone’s unique contributions are valued and respected.
