We are currently seeking a Full-Time Care Coordinator / Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic Cherry Hill team. This pivotal role is integral to maintaining the clinic's smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional patient service. The position offers a salary ranging from $17.50 to $19 per hour and involves working flexible shifts, including 6:45am-3:15pm, 8:30am-5pm, or 11:30am-8pm, to accommodate patient scheduling needs. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, responsible for managing front desk activities such as patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and handling insurance verification. Your attention to detail will support accurate billing and patient records by utilizing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system effectively. The position demands courteous, professional, and HIPAA-compliant communication with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a friendly and confidential environment.
