We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Front Office Assistant) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfectly suited for individuals who love working with people and enjoy engaging with patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Fayetteville clinic by managing front desk activities, supporting patient access to care, and providing exceptional customer service.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour and requires approximately 20 hours per week. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Thursday from 1 pm to 6 pm and Friday from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. The individual in this role will be at the forefront of patient interaction, managing tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, referral coordination, insurance verification, and payment collection. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm, helpful demeanor.

An essential aspect of this position is maintaining accurate and updated patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards to protect patient confidentiality. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist also handles communication by answering phone calls courteously, assisting patients with their inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming healthcare environment that facilitates trust and positive experiences.
