With a commitment to excellence and compassionate care, RET Physical Therapy has built a reputation for delivering exceptional treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. The organization fosters a collaborative environment where healthcare professionals work together to support patient recovery and wellness using advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment. As part of Confluent Health, RET Physical Therapy benefits from a broad network dedicated to supporting healthcare providers with best practices, comprehensive resources, and employee-centric policies that promote work-life balance and career growth.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our vibrant team. This role is vital to our patient experience, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The front desk receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations by coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all referral processes are handled efficiently. A key responsibility includes collecting payments and verifying insurance coverage, crucial for accurate billing and smooth patient access to care. The receptionist will also maintain up-to-date patient records within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold patient confidentiality. This position demands a courteous and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, providing a consistent workweek with a competitive hourly pay range of $19 to $22. Alongside a rewarding career in healthcare administration, employees at RET Physical Therapy enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Additional perks such as free life insurance and parental benefits support our commitment to employee well-being and family-friendly policies.

Joining RET Physical Therapy means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workforce with a culture that values the unique perspectives and contributions of every team member. We uphold the highest standards in professional integrity and patient care while investing in the continuous development and support of our employees. This position offers not only a platform to grow your career in healthcare administration but the satisfaction of playing a pivotal role in helping people regain their health and independence.
