Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and referrals
- Verify insurance coverage and process authorizations
- Collect payments and support accurate billing
- Maintain patient records by registering new patients and updating EMR system
- Answer phone calls professionally while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Foster a welcoming and patient-focused environment
