Job Requirements
- must reside in the state of texas
- must be able to start work at 11am 12pm or 1pm
- must have bachelor's degree
- must possess excellent communication skills
- must have strong organizational skills
- must be able to work in high stress situations
- must be available for on-call duties 2-3 times per week
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree required
- strong ability to work with database systems and calendar management
- experience with scheduling billing systems wellsky is a plus
- experience with customer service in high stress situations
- ability to handle client and employee customer service issues in a calm empathetic manner
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a creative problem-solver and critical-thinker that is inspired by thinking outside of the box
- ability to multi-task successfully and possesses excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and complete them within designated timeframes
- pleasant phone manner and demeanor
- prior home care or scheduling experience preferred but not required
- experience working in luxury hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- responsible for scheduling caregivers for clients and coordination of home care services for clients providing excellent customer service
- work in collaboration with registered nurse to ensure that client medical needs are met
- set-up and maintain electronic clock-in platforms that are used to track caregiver schedules and train caregivers on how to use this application
- track manage and communicate attendance related matters
- validate any time off availability with the appropriate team members prior to approval
- conduct electronic data entry tasks including reconciling billing payroll records and bill pay rates
- coordinate and reconcile caregiver schedules to ensure coverage and communicate with head nurse
- main point of contact for staff and clients escalates if necessary
- experience with customer service in high stress situations ability to handle client and employee customer service issues in a calm empathetic manner
- on call manage on-call 2-3 times per week including answering text message phone calls emails and handling emergency situations
