Job Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of features of cars
- physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed
- must be able to lift minimum 30 pounds
- work in changing environments
- stand for extensive periods of time
- perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Experience with a car wash is a plus but not required
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- be on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shifts
- physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- a strong commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Performing light maintenance inside the facility
- grounds clean up including trash removal, spraying bays, sweeping, changing light bulbs, changing hoses, fittings, and removing debris in storage units
- light landscaping to maintain facility image and curb appeal
- drying and wiping down cars
- manage day-to-day operations
- always provide exceptional customer service
- explain and offer services and memberships to guests
- selling and upselling car wash packages
