Job Requirements
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app effectively
- Familiarity with the local 2-mile delivery radius is beneficial
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
- Use Insomnia's delivery app following company standards to provide accurate updates
- Maintain product quality during transportation
- Ensure adherence to safety and traffic regulations
- Manage time efficiently within small delivery zones
