Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable car with valid registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be able to work part-time with a flexible schedule
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with delivery driving preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps for delivery navigation and status updates
- Familiarity with the local area around the Macon store
- Ability to handle cash and electronic payments securely
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through professional interaction with customers in person and by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctual deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries
