Job Requirements
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with an active data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the local 2-mile radius is advantageous
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service with positive and professional interaction in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery area
- Drive responsibly and ensure vehicle compliance with legal requirements
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns courteously
