The Fells Point store in Baltimore, Maryland, located at 812 S Broadway, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and delivery logistics to join Insomnia Cookies as a Car Delivery Driver. This role is essential to the brand’s success as it provides the primary face that customers interact with beyond the bakery itself. Drivers are considered the "boots on the ground," responsible for delivering the magic of freshly baked cookies to local fans within a small but busy delivery zone. The role is designed with flexibility in mind, offering part-time schedules that can accommodate various lifestyles and commitments.
As a Car Delivery Driver, you will be entrusted with ensuring that each order is accurate, complete, and delivered efficiently while engaging customers with positive and professional service. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $17.00 per hour, with the unique benefit of pay on demand, meaning drivers can access their earned wages at the end of each day instead of waiting until the end of the week. Drivers must also be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. A smartphone with a data plan is necessary to navigate the delivery routes and communicate effectively using the company’s system.

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
