The opportunity to join Delaware North's Patina Group as a Captain at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California, presents a dynamic role filled with responsibilities central to delivering unparalleled guest service. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, offering a flexible work arrangement to accommodate different schedules. The hourly wage is $17.87, not including potential tips, which enhances overall compensation.

As a Captain, you will take a leadership role in ensuring each guest's dining experience at Monsieur Dior is memorable and satisfying. This role is about more than simply serving food and beverages; it involves warmly welcoming guests, expertly managing orders, and supporting the restaurant team by coordinating with servers, kitchen, and bar staff. You will also be responsible for upholding all operational standards by performing opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all dining equipment is sanitized and ready for use.

The Captain position requires attentiveness to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be proficient in handling cash and credit transactions, navigating point-of-sale systems, and following all establishment policies, especially those related to alcohol service.
