Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • FSP certified
  • ASAP certified
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and promotional skills
  • Ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Responsible for executing private and club events
  • Hold pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Assign server stations and coordinate the timing of courses with kitchen personnel
  • Assure proper inventory of all banquet service equipment and supplies
  • Regularly inspect all house service areas and equipment to guarantee standards
  • Act as Lead Waiter at special, private functions as needed
  • Assume opening or closing manager responsibilities when assigned
  • Ensure staff is aware and ready to execute daily assignments and side work
