Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Food Handlers Certificate
- FSP certified
- ASAP certified
- Ability to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and promotional skills
- Ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Responsible for executing private and club events
- Hold pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Assign server stations and coordinate the timing of courses with kitchen personnel
- Assure proper inventory of all banquet service equipment and supplies
- Regularly inspect all house service areas and equipment to guarantee standards
- Act as Lead Waiter at special, private functions as needed
- Assume opening or closing manager responsibilities when assigned
- Ensure staff is aware and ready to execute daily assignments and side work
