This job opening is for the position of Central Scheduler I on a full-time basis within Capital Health’s Central Scheduling team located in Lawrenceville, NJ. The role involves providing essential scheduling services and support for patient intake, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The Central Scheduler I will function as a crucial part of the administrative operations, working closely with healthcare providers and patients to coordinate appointments, manage information accurately, and facilitate communication between patients and clinical teams. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week during daytime hours.

This role requires one year of healthcare or customer service experience and provides scheduling and intake support in various locations and shifts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- customer service experience preferred
- experience working in office or call center environment preferred
- experience in conducting patient intakes and scheduling preferred
