- 3-5 years related experience in an aircraft service facility
- Computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
- Working knowledge of FAA and federal aviation requirements

Job Duties
- Adhere to Bombardier general work requirements
- Provide capacity planning/scheduling functions for the repair station, including staffing forecasts and hangar plans
- Interface with management in support of the RFP process
- Coordinate department activities for proper integration with data processing, planning, and production control
- Provide guidance and monitor progress on major systems projects
- Oversee, develop, and coordinate readiness plans for new customers
- Schedule aircraft operators into the service center for maintenance, modifications, and compliance
- Coordinate outside services with vendors to ensure downtime allows requested work
- Maintain current knowledge of quality inspection requirements affecting work scope
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to balance resource and hangar utilization
- Maintain and communicate S&OP data for the BAS network
- Ensure effective daily communication with General Manager, Operations manager, and Project Managers
- Stay updated on aircraft work to consider schedule changes
- Review proposals to ensure quality gates are met
