Job Duties
- adhere to Bombardier general work requirements
- provide capacity planning/scheduling functions for the repair station, including staffing forecasts and hangar plans
- interface with management to support the RFP process
- coordinate department activities for proper integration with data processing, planning, and production control
- provide guidance and monitor progress on major systems projects
- oversee, develop, and coordinate readiness plans for new customers as required
- schedule aircraft operators into the service center for maintenance, modifications, and compliance
- coordinate outside services with vendors to ensure downtime allows all requested work
- maintain current knowledge of quality inspection requirements affecting work scopes
- collaborate with sales and operations to balance resource and hangar capacity utilization
- maintain and communicate sales and operations planning data for the BAS network
- communicate daily with general manager, operations manager, and project managers
- stay updated on aircraft status to adjust scheduling accordingly
- review proposals to ensure all required quality gates are met
