This is a full-time remote employment opportunity with a competitive starting hourly wage of $22.65, and it offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being, and professional growth.

Your role will involve answering inbound customer calls, engaging with empathy and patience to understand consumer needs, researching multiple systems to resolve questions accurately, and delivering clear information to help consumers make informed decisions about their healthcare options. Your caring and supportive nature is a key asset that sets you apart, contributing to both customer satisfaction and the overall success of the team.

TTEC values a distraction-free remote workspace and requires a secure, high-speed wired internet connection to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
