The role of Canine Coordinator Lead at The Bark Yard is a hands-on leadership position that plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation and success of the facility’s training and daycare programs. Job Requirements
- CCPDT certification required
- experience in dog daycare, boarding, or training
- strong knowledge of canine behavior and body language
- confident handling of dogs of all sizes (100+ lbs)
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead enrichment and training programs using positive reinforcement
- Conduct day training and private sessions with dog parents
- Train and mentor staff on behavior, handling, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients, providing updates within 24 hours
- Evaluate dog behavior and adjust care or training plans
- Conduct new dog evaluations and explain results to owners
- Maintain a clean, safe facility and support daily operations
