Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Availability to work shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to varying hotel demand and schedules
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process reservations and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate communication with housekeeping and other hotel departments
  • Manage financial transactions and billing
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth daily operations
