Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or customer service role preferred
- Ability to use hotel management software
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
