Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler Card
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- Ability to operate cash register and handle money accurately
- Knowledge of liquor laws related to serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic English skills for communication and documentation
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Proficiency in English for communication and record keeping
- Manual dexterity for garnishing and mixing drinks
- Ability to operate beverage equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including inventory requisition and stocking
- Cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily
- Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record charges and ensure proper execution of vouchers
- Lock up and store beverages, food and equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone promptly and courteously take room service orders
- Input orders into register and create guest checks maintaining accountability
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, and damages to supervisor
- Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Assist other Beverage Personnel when needed
- Perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
