Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field
- Two or more years of job related experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, or experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet department needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a job related field
- Two or more years of job related experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, or experience
- Experience with customer relationship management systems, preferably Slate
- Knowledge of student information systems, preferably Banner
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Previous experience in college admissions, event planning, or sales preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the lead coordinator and primary point of contact for all admissions events and daily campus visit programming
- Plan, execute, and continuously enhance high-impact recruitment events and visit experiences
- Deliver engaging information sessions to prospective students and families
- Collaborate with campus partners to ensure seamless, welcoming, and informative visit experiences
- Evaluate applicants for admission, contributing to enrollment goals
- Supervise and mentor the Student Ambassador Program, developing student leaders who represent USCB with excellence
- Occasionally represent USCB at local college fairs and high school visits, expanding outreach efforts
