Halff places a strong emphasis on using data-driven recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms, requiring the recruiter to be proficient with modern tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and UKG. This position may require travel to various university campuses and recruiting events, highlighting the dynamic and engaging nature of the role. Halff offers a competitive salary package that reflects experience and includes excellent benefits such as medical, dental, and life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
