The role of the Campus Executive Chef at Washington University is a pivotal leadership position within Sodexo's culinary operations. This executive-level chef will hold accountability for all culinary facets on campus, which includes supervising resident dining areas, retail dining locations, catering services, concessions stands, and an on-campus restaurant. The Campus Executive Chef will lead a team comprising six Executive Chefs and one Production Manager, ensuring that Sodexo Culinary standards are consistently met or exceeded across all foodservice operations. They will orchestrate food purchasing, menu compliance, and inventory management while analyzing food costs and forecasting production needs to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
