By collaborating with service providers and purveyors, the coordinator leverages industry insights and innovative technologies to enhance the dining experience continuously.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.88 to $39.32, with a full pay range extending up to $49.76 per hour. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for evenings and weekends as necessary to support dining events and engagement activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, a thorough understanding of marketing strategies and concepts, and experience with social media management, content creation, and event coordination. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Macintosh and Windows operating systems is essential. This role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build solid relationships with internal teams and external partners. A commitment to diversity and the ability to work effectively within diverse populations is also key, reflecting UC Santa Barbara's inclusive values.
