Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant culinary or line cook experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and school meal times
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
  • Cook and prep food accurately based on recipes and specifications provided by the Chef/Genuine Foods
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time for service
  • Maintain a clean working environment and assist the team with additional cleaning duties
  • Keep area stocked and organized
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
