Elior Collegiate Dining is currently hiring an experienced Campus Chef to join its team at Savannah State University in Savannah, Georgia. As a Campus Chef at Elior Collegiate Dining, you will play a pivotal role in managing and elevating the culinary standards across the campus dining venues. Your responsibilities will include supervising all aspects of the food production process to ensure the highest levels of food quality and safety standards are consistently met. This includes oversight of purchasing, meal preparation, food specifications, service delivery, and maintaining proper sanitation practices. The role requires a hands-on leader who not only maintains operational excellence but also brings creativity to developing standardized recipes that align with budgetary goals while delighting guests with healthy and flavorful offerings.

The Campus Chef will also actively participate in the planning and execution of special campus events, creating memorable culinary experiences that engage students and faculty. Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft software programs and budget management, you will contribute to cost control and financial planning processes to maximize operational efficiency.   • At least five years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at Savannah State University

  • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service

Job Duties
