The organization is seeking to hire a part-time Campus Associate to join the vibrant team at Pearlstone Center, an innovative and multifaceted retreat center. Pearlstone serves as a hub for campus rentals, aquatics, catering services, conference facilitation, and overnight accommodations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operational flow and exceptional customer experience at the facility. The Campus Associate will work closely with the Director of Hospitality Operations and the Campus Supervisor in overseeing daily campus activities and supporting a variety of guest services.

As a Campus Associate, the ideal candidate will play an essential role in client engagement from greeting guests warmly, managing guest check-ins, facilitating parking operations, to maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the campus, including pavilions, locker rooms, restrooms, and wider outdoor spaces. Additionally, associates may assist with ropes course activities during retreats, getaways, and public events. This role requires individuals with strong organizational skills, a solid work ethic, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct.

The position offers up to 25 hours of part-time work per week with a flexible scheduling framework to accommodate varying event timetables. Pearlstone Center emphasizes growth opportunities; exemplary associates who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and the successful completion of required certifications may progress to full-time status with eligibility for enhanced benefits. Notably, the facility is not accessible via public transportation lines, so reliable personal transportation is a must.
