Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- availability to work some weekdays weekends evenings and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- willingness to follow chemical safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to operate campground tram safely
- positive attitude and willingness to support team and guest needs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus
- ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment correctly
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well with diverse populations
- strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently
- passion for providing exceptional guest service and support
Job Duties
- clean and maintain campground cabins daily including making beds cleaning bathroom fixtures removing dirty linen replacing guest amenities dusting vacuuming emptying trash mopping floors
- clean and maintain all assigned public areas including hallways pool area stairways public bathrooms lobby elevators vending machines outdoor walkways
- work with chemicals and cleaning equipment following all safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment
- respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly providing excellent customer service
- report maintenance issues and collect label lost and found items
- drive the campground tram to assist guest transportation
- complete daily guest-room task assignments as directed by team leaders
