The Cabin Cleaner role at Carowinds is an essential position responsible for ensuring the campground cabins and associated areas are spotless and welcoming for guests. This role involves the daily cleaning and maintenance of cabins, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing guest amenities. Additionally, the cleaner will maintain public spaces such as hallways, pool area, and lobby, ensuring all areas meet Carowinds' standards of cleanliness and safety. The position entails the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, following safety data sheets and departmental guidelines while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. The Cabin Cleaner will also operate the campground tram, aiding guest transportation within the campground area.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, and lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- Work with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS)
- Use cleaning equipment following departmental safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
- Clean and maintain all areas of guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors
- Complete daily guest-room task assignments and respond to guest requests and inquiries
- Report maintenance issues and collect and label lost and found items
- Clean assigned areas including hallways, pool area, video room, stairways, public bathrooms, lobby area, elevators, elevator landings, vending machines, and outdoor walkways daily
- Drive campground tram
