Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words
- ability to print and speak simple sentences
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- ability to perform operations using units of money and weight measurement, volume and distance
- ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- ABC serving permit as needed
- completion of required in-house food and beverage classes and training
Job Qualifications
- Ability to act independently with little supervision
- knowledge of food and beverage menus, food preparation and presentation
- efficiently handle multiple duties
- requires a good understanding of company policies and procedures
- ability to handle stressful situations

Job Duties
- Professionally greeting all guests
- accurately take food and drink orders
- prepare food or drinks when applicable
- check IDs and follow resort responsible serving policy
- receive accurate room numbers for room charges and retrieve signatures
- hand back accurate change
- be responsible for rotating bank and any shortages
- maintain lobby cleanliness and stock supplies
- complete and submit commissary orders at proper times
- complete weekly cleaning lists and daily check lists before ending shifts
