Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old by the start of camp
- Prior experience working in an office with strong phone skills required
- Interest in working with children
- A driver’s license is highly preferred
- Interested in working and living in the outdoors for the summer
- Emotionally mature with a willingness to work as a team player
- Flexible and willing to accept challenges and step outside your comfort zone
- Able to maintain a positive attitude
- Available for the entire duration of the summer program
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of college or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience working in an office with strong phone skills required
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Interest in working with children
- Emotionally mature with a willingness to work as a team player

- Able to maintain a positive attitude
- Available for the entire duration of the summer program
Job Duties
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, sorting mail and correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supply requisitions
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and assistance to parents, camp staff, and other callers
- Reconcile camper, cabin, and bus lists in the camp’s online database each session to ensure accuracy
- Relay important updates and communications to the Camp Director and administrative team promptly
- Manage the call-back system to ensure timely and effective communication between administrative staff and parents
- Prepare and organize paperwork for camper arrival and departure days
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure completion of orders, requisition of supplies, and any other required paperwork/forms
