Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Cambodian
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs
  • Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
  • A distraction free, designated home workspace
  • A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
