- ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
- understanding of guest service systems, safety, sanitation standards, and operational procedures
- ability to handle and count money transactions accurately and responsibly
- multitasking ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining service standards
- patience, professionalism, and courtesy in resolving basic service issues
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand most of the shift
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds periodically
- ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stretch for cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly at clean and hygienic tables ready for guests
- assist guests in making menu decisions by demonstrating knowledge of the menu
- accurately take and enter guest food and beverage orders
- timely deliver food and beverages to guests
- follow server banking procedures to process payments accurately
- clean, clear, and reset tables and maintain the overall appearance of the restaurant
- store and rotate supplies in service and dining areas
