We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our vibrant team. This role is an integral part of our commitment to outstanding customer service. As the primary point of contact for our guests, the individual in this position will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every guest experience is handled with care and professionalism. This is an on-site role that requires a dedicated person who enjoys helping others and thrives in a customer service-oriented environment.
The position offers between 20 to 25 hours per week, with shifts predominantly from 2 pm to 7 pm on weekdays and availability for up to three Saturdays per month. The hourly wage is $15.00, reflecting the value we place on this customer-focused position. The Call Center Representative/Guest Services Associate will be expected to efficiently manage multiple communication channels including telephone and email, utilizing various software platforms to maintain accurate appointment records and provide detailed information about the salon's services, products, and promotions. This role demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week including 3-4 weekdays from 2pm-7pm and up to 3 Saturdays per month
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and software
- Ability to manage guest interactions professionally and courteously
