This role is vital in supporting our patients throughout their care journey by serving as the first point of contact and guiding them through scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification, and referrals. The Call Center Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and assisting with triage communications when needed. This position operates during a general 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends, providing a balanced work schedule conducive to work-life harmony.

- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Prior medical office experience preferred

Job Duties
- Check patients in and out as they visit our office
- Collect, verify and enter demographic and patient insurance information
- Schedule new appointments for patients
- Answer telephone inquiries and direct callers to appropriate personnel
- Initiate triage messages for response by medical personnel when necessary
- Coordinate referrals for patients through insurance and other physician offices
- Take messages and correctly route incoming calls
