Job Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work a hybrid schedule reporting to Miami location 3-4 days weekly and remotely 1-2 days
  • Reliable internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds
  • Dedicated home workspace meeting technical and security requirements
  • Ability to work flexible 40-hour schedule including nights and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
  • Experience with commissioned sales highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to hold conversations fluently
  • Experience in commissioned sales preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with technology and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities

Job Duties

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to meet sales and commission targets
  • Resolve service, billing, payment, and collections issues accurately
  • Explain bills and product features clearly to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate when necessary
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by effectively resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Participate in paid training sessions to enhance skills
