Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule reporting to Miami location 3-4 days weekly and remotely 1-2 days
- Reliable internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds
- Dedicated home workspace meeting technical and security requirements
- Ability to work flexible 40-hour schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Experience with commissioned sales highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to hold conversations fluently
- Experience in commissioned sales preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities
Job Duties
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to meet sales and commission targets
- Resolve service, billing, payment, and collections issues accurately
- Explain bills and product features clearly to customers
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate when necessary
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by effectively resolving issues
- Support various customer inquiries including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Participate in paid training sessions to enhance skills
