Job Requirements

  • Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 12mb upload and 18mb download speed
  • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic home workspace including desk, chair, electrical outlet, surge protector, and direct LAN connection
  • Must comply with company technical, security, and workspace standards for remote work
  • Must be available and accountable to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Must be able to report onsite to the San Antonio location 3-4 days weekly
  • Ability to pass online assessments and complete application process
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken
  • Previous commissioned sales experience highly preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid-remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability to changing work schedules and environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in call centers or customer-facing roles is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commission targets
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate when necessary
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by effectively resolving their issues
  • Support various customer inquiries including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40-hour workweek that may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Participate in paid training programs to ensure job success
