This particular role is a full-time, bilingual Customer Care Associate position based at the AT&T location at 10 S Canal Street, Chicago, Illinois. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. The associate will serve as the voice of AT&T, handling customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves various responsibilities from customer acquisition, sales, service, retention, to troubleshooting basic technical issues. Employees in this role will enjoy a competitive starting wage of $19.41 per hour, with additional uncapped commission opportunities that allow top performers to earn $62,280 or more annually. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is also offered, distributed over the first year of employment. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM with some flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
