This full-time position as a Premier Service Consultant at AT&T’s Richardson, Texas location offers a unique opportunity for bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish. The Premier Service Consultant role specializes in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, acting as the frontline representative of AT&T. Daily tasks include managing fast-paced interactions via calls, chats, and emails; identifying opportunities for upselling; resolving complex billing, payment, and technical issues; and ensuring clear communication of product features and bills. Job Requirements

  • Ability to report to Richardson, Texas office location five days a week
