The role at hand is for a Bartender position based at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.90. The Bartender will be a key player in delivering memorable and personalized hospitality experiences to guests. The job involves warmly greeting guests, expertly mixing and serving beverages, and engaging guests with descriptive selling of the beverage menu. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, personable, and driven to create meaningful guest interactions from arrival to departure.

As a bartender, candidates will work closely with other restaurant and bar staff to ensure seamless service. This includes maintaining the bar's cleanliness and setup, managing inventory of beverages and supplies, preparing fresh fruit and garnishes, and accurately processing orders and payments.
