Job Duties
- Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests
- Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling)
- Maintain product level, quality and freshness
- Perform bakery clerk functions when requested
- Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area
- Clean work area, couplers and decorating bags properly
- Maintain organization of the freezer including proper product rotation
- Communicate guest requests to management
- Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor
- Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times
