In addition, the role involves performing bakery clerk duties, maintaining sanitation standards in all relevant areas such as the cooler, freezer, prep, and sales sections, and keeping workspaces clean and organized.

Mastery of cake decorating tools such as the airbrush and the ability to follow the cake production sheet are essential to achieving budgeted sales and profit targets for the cake section.
