Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate certain equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to participate in training programs
- Eligibility to work legally in the hiring country
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- Create and decorate cakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order bakery items with artistic skill
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Cross-train and work in multiple store areas, including cashiering
- Process customer purchases, returns, and credits accurately
- Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and front facing
- Rotate and remove out-of-date products
- Maintain and support proper electronic shelf label signage throughout the store
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines
- Participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories
- Communicate relevant information to store leadership
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership, team members, customers, and vendors
- Stay informed on company and store initiatives and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Attend all meetings, including daily huddles, as assigned by leadership
- Use proper phone etiquette and support store maintenance protocols
- Work scheduled shifts and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
