The Bakery Decorator role at Whole Foods Market is an exciting opportunity for individuals with artistic talent and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious bakery products. This position is integral to the bakery team and involves assembling, filling, decorating, and finishing cakes, pastries, tarts, and special order bakery items. Bakery Decorators ensure that every product meets the store’s quality standards and customer expectations by applying their advanced decorating skills and attention to detail. Candidates in this role will be responsible for building, icing, and decorating cakes according to standardized procedures and business demand. They will also maintain production records, adjust production sheets, manage product displays, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. The role requires collaboration with team members, including providing guidance to apprentices, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a delightful shopping experience.

This full-time or part-time position offers a wage range of $17.50 to $30.20 hourly, commensurate with experience, and includes access to Whole Foods Market's extensive “Whole Benefits” package.
