Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- Proficient with computer applications used in department operations
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally pull up to 250 pounds
- Commitment to maintain company standards in safety, food handling, and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-3 years of supervisory or relevant bakery experience
- Proficient in operating bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Possession or ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 180 days
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
