Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of cake decorating or related bakery experience preferred
- Knowledge of icing, fondant, piping, airbrushing, and other decorating techniques
- Strong artistic and creative skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods to company specifications and customer requests
- Design and create custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events
- Maintain consistency in product appearance, flavor, and quality
- Assist customers with orders, design ideas, and product selection
- Ensure cakes and decorated items are properly displayed and merchandised
- Rotate product and maintain accurate labeling to ensure freshness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area, tools, and equipment
- Assist bakery team members with baking, packaging, and stocking as needed
- Follow company food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Monitor inventory of decorating supplies and communicate needs to the Bakery Manager
- Meet production and service deadlines to support customer demand and special orders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager
